Congressman Vince Fong, who represents California’s 20th District, has received the “Advancing Good Governance Award” from Center Forward. The award acknowledges his efforts to bridge political divides and support legislative solutions that aim to strengthen the country.
“I’m grateful to receive this award from Center Forward,” said Congressman Fong (CA-20). “I will continue working with lawmakers on both sides of the aisle to advance solutions that are in the best interest of California’s 20th District – for our families, our workers, and our communities.”
Center Forward is known for bringing together a range of ideas and promoting policies that focus on progress rather than politics. The organization presents the Advancing Good Governance Award to members of Congress who show leadership by engaging in constructive dialogue and pursuing practical policymaking aimed at addressing significant challenges facing Americans.
In 2025, Congressman Fong introduced nine bills, seven of which had bipartisan support. This legislative activity reflects his ongoing commitment to advancing priorities important to California’s Central Valley and focusing on the needs of his district.
