On Tuesday, March 25, former Frontier High School standout Dawson Tourney’s current college team, the Akron Zips, lost 8-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Oakland Golden Grizzlies.
The game took place at Oakland Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Golden Grizzlies this season.
The Zips’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 2 p.m. at Skeeles Field against Ball State Cardinals.
