The Milan Institute-Bakersfield West enrolls 79 undergrads

At the Milan Institute-Bakersfield West, 64 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 96 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year private for-profit institution in Bakersfield enrolled 79 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

97 percent of undergraduates are residents of California, and 3 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (67 percent) and white (15 percent).
