The BC Adult Education Team is excited for a new Spring semester and happy to share with you more opportunities for our students to skill up and build up; through a new round of Noncredit Certificates being offered through-out the semester. These certificates include a sequence of tuition free (Office Technology/ OFFTNC) courses and are being offered in a variety of modalities.
