We want to take a moment to congratulate Battalion Chief Matt Imbelloni, as he was recently awarded the Veteran's of Foreign Wars California State Firefighter of the Year. Chief Imbelloni competed against several other nominees, statewide, after being selected as the Ridgecrest VFW Firefighter of the Year in November 2021.
We appreciate Chief Imbelloni's hard work and dedication to the Kern County Fire Department and the citizens of our community.
