HEAT WAVE ALERT
An article released this morning by Newsweek says effective today through next Monday, much of our state is under an excessive heat warning, where record breaking temperatures could lead to potential rolling blackouts.
Some helpful prevention tips below
Set thermostats to 78 degrees or higher
Avoid charging electric vehicles
Hold off on using large appliances
Turn off unnecessary lights
Because of this, it’s important now more than ever that we advocate for domestic energy independence with a balanced portfolio to meet our state’s demands. Let’s put our Central Valley resources to work in California.
