Azula, or ZuZu to her favorite people, is the kind of dog that THRIVES in a home but does terrible in the shelter. She was in a foster home while she was sick with kennel cough and was endlessly affectionate and playful. As soon as she came back to the shelter, she became terrified and reactive again. She adores other dogs and will play with them for hours but would probably chase a cat. She about 2 years old, a Queensland mix, and smaller than she looks; less than 30 pounds.
