Every day is an adventure here at Kern County Animal Services. Every day we handle different situations that we have to problem solve. Today was no different. This morning we found this little girl stuck in a hole in our Adoptable Cat room. There was no way to safely remove her. So we called for help from one of our wonderful Animal Control Officers. Officer Ruiz came in, tool bag in hand and removed a portion of sheet metal to safely remove this little girl. She was delivered to our amazing medical team's awaiting arms. They immediately went to work to ensure that kitty had not sustained any damage. Thankfully she is ok, a little shaken but she is doing just fine
