This morning KCAS distributed pet food to pet owners in Kern County who needed a little help feeding their furry family members. Our Pet Food Safety Net program will resume in 2023. This program is dependent on kind-hearted volunteers who want to help pets outside of our shelter stay in their loving homes. If you'd like to volunteer just a couple of hours week, email volunteer@kerncounty.com
