•Comm Center is available 24/7. Non-emergency: 661-861-3110, Emergency: 9-1-1•Coroner will respond as usual; however, public lobby is closed December 23, 2022 – January 2, 2023. 

The following will be open December 23, 27, 28, 29, and 30: •Civil Processing Unit•Courts Unit (Metro and Justice)

The following will be open December 27, 28, 29, and 30: •Records (for vehicle releases only)•Arrest Records: •Crime Reports•Central Receiving Facility Clerks’ Office•Electronic Monitoring Program 

The following will be closed from December 23, 2022 through January 2, 2023:•Property Room•Public Administrator’s Section•Building A (HR/Personnel) will be closed all calls will be forwarded to Crime Reports during the Winter Recess.•Licensing Unit- No appointments scheduled•Work Release and Registration

The following Substations will be closed during Winter Recess (27th, 28th, 29th):• Delano Substation• Buttonwillow Substation• Tehachapi Substation• Taft Substation• Kern Valley Substation

The following Substations will be open during Winter Recess (27th, 28th, & 29th):• Wasco Substation• Mojave Substation• Lamont Substation • Frazier Park Substation • Ridgecrest Substation
