LONGEST RESIDENT - River has been at the shelter longer than all the other dogs. This video was first posted at the beginning of the month. Nothing has changed. He's still here. Bear is also featured in this video. His video was posted at the same time. He hasn't been here as long as River, but he's not far behind.
