River has been at the shelter longer than all the other dogs - SINCE DECEMBER 16TH! He did GREAT on the Streets Of Bakersfield this weekend! Check out the video and see for yourself! But after over 2 months of waiting, he REALLY needs help! Please consider adopting, fostering, or rescuing River ASAP!
