On Sunday, March 16, former Taft Union High School standout Jackson Berry’s current college team, the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Stanislaus State Warriors.
The game took place at CSUSM Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Warriors this season.
The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 3 p.m. at Maloney Field against San Francisco State Gators.
