On Sunday, March 30, former Frontier High School standout Dawson Tourney’s current college team, the Akron Zips, won 11-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Ball State Cardinals.

The game took place at Skeeles Field. This was their third matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Zips’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 3 p.m. at Woerner Field against Dayton Flyers.
